- è severamente vietato fumare all’interno delle camere;
- è vietato utilizzare nelle camere apparecchi per il riscaldamento extra e fiamme libere.
Chiediamo inoltre di essere rispettosi dell’ambiente e di ridurre al minimo gli sprechi.

We present below the “service charter” to provide you with the information that will allow you to make the best use of the services we can offer to guarantee you a pleasant stay.
At the center of our Agriturismo, you are here: you are the main source for the evaluation and the constant improvement of the stay at our facility, so please make any request or report that you consider useful.
Sebastiano and Adriana will be the reference point for any problem you may present during your stay, and for any further information on the services of the farm at your disposal, but also for tourist information regarding the surroundings, local events and events and curiosities about the area.
Reservations can be made by telephone or online. Sebastiano will try to respond within 24 hours of the request ..
From 12.00 pm onwards.
Please always let us know your expected arrival time in order to welcome you as best as possible.
We require a valid personal document to be presented upon arrival.
We ask you to check-out by 10.30.
In case you need to stay longer, just make arrangements to allow the best performance of our activities based on availability.
Payment by debit card is accepted.
Canceled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:
- up to 25 days before the date of arrival no penalty will be applied and we will send back your deposit.
- otherwise the required deposit will be retained.
- In high season in case of early departure the full cost of the booked stay will be charged.
Processing of Personal Data
Personal data and any other element learned by our Company during the course of the assignment, will be subject to secrecy and will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality and rights of the person through the systematic application by us of appropriate protective measures and guarantee prepared for both paper and electronic data processing and measured to the specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Customer is informed that his personal data will be processed only for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship for these purposes (including accounting and administrative purposes).
Breakfast is served in the restaurant or on the veranda of the same, from 8.30 to 10.00. (You can agree for different times if there is need)
at breakfast you will be served a basket with home made cake and typical sweets, bread, butter and jam, orange juice and various coffee drinks at your request
The half-board set menus are complete with appetizers, first and second course, fruit, water, 1/4 of wine, plus coffee and digestive are offered by the house.
the dishes will cgange day to day based on fresh day produce. (it is possible to arrange for any particular menu, please also communicate preferences, intolerances or allergies)
We kindly ask our guests to keep the television and any music installations at a volume that respects the quiet and the harmony of the environment, especially during the rest hours: from 2 to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 9:00 am.
The reorganization of the room and the change of sheets will be done once a week, you can request a daily cleaning with an extra cost of 10 euros per day per room.
The replacement of the bath linen will be done every 3 days (excluding departure and day before).
We ask you to leave towels on the floor or tell us when you want them to be replaced.
You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free and available in various areas of the agriturismo.
In case of loss key the cost of the replacement will be charged (5 euro). The management is not responsible for the theft or loss of objects left unattended within the structure
The car park is not guarded, there are no particular risks, however we advise you to lock the car.
